Fluid Analytics was originally incorporated in February 2000 under the name MicroEnergy Technologies, Inc. (MicroET) as a technology incubator to research, develop, and license micro-scale and nano-scale technologies. This process created several promising product candidates that the company has been pursuing. We have been highly successful in attracting government and private funds to advance our capabilities and to expand our operations. In 2005 a spin-out company, Microstructure Technologies, was created with the mission of commercializing our aerosol technologies. As part of this process, MicroET was renamed Fluid Analytics, which maintains focus on the development of advanced sensors and instrumentation to serve commercial markets in the agriculture and energy sectors.
We have applied our core competency and capabilities in fluid dynamics,
thermodynamics, materials science and engineering, electrochemistry, and
sensor physics, at micro and nano-scales to
develop technologies and complete solutions in several product areas.
We hold a number of patents and intellectual property in these areas.
For more information on these product areas, please visit our Technologies
and Products pages.
