ETH-1010 Postharvest Gas Sensor Datasheet(759KB)
The ETH-1010 sensor sniffs out ethylene (or 1-MCP) gas, which affect ripening of climacteric fruit during postharvest storage and transportation. Our instrument can also monitor ethylene levels in fruit at preharvest, and provide users with valuable information on postharvest storability. We can help you get higher quality fruits and vegetables to market download.
The instrument provides accurate real-time measurements of ethylene concentration, temperature, humidity, and (optionally) CO2 concentration, in a compact instrument suitable for field and laboratory use. Additionally, the instrument can be configured such that it measures 1-MCP instead of ethylene in air download.
At the core of the instrument is a proprietary sensor technology that offers extraordinary sensitivity to ethylene, at levels as low as 10 ppb in air. Thousands of data points can be stored in the instrument, and then downloaded to a USB flash drive, or transferred directly to a computer with built-in ethernet, USB, or optional wireless ethernet. Data points can be gathered one at a time, or in a continuous mode, to match your measurement needs.
Accessories and Customization A number of accessories are available for the ETH-1010 to extend the capabilities of the instrument, including specialized sampling jars and interfaces. We also offer a customization program, including simultaneous multigas measurements, in which our engineers can tailor the instrument in a variety of ways to meet your specific needs.
